I look at the business as a whole, examining how its strategic, competitive, organizational, and operational factors interact. Rather than applying a predetermined methodology, I concentrate on the changes most likely to improve performance and create lasting value.

There is a difference between advising executives on what they should do and having been responsible for doing it.
I've spent much of my career making consequential business decisions, leading organizations, developing competitive strategies, and being accountable for the results. That experience shapes the judgment I bring to every advisory assignment.
I combine conceptual thinking with practical operating experience, recognizing connections across finance, markets, technology, organizational development, and governance that may not be apparent when problems are considered separately. I understand the difference between a recommendation that sounds compelling and one that can actually be implemented.
I work in whatever capacity best serves the organization—from continuing advisory relationships that build understanding and trust over time to defined assignments that address particular challenges and, where appropriate, formal executive or governance responsibilities.
